Announcement - Critique Postponed

The due date/critique for Assignment I: Multiplicity, for Intro Sculpture and Assignment I: Re-use/Re-assign, for Advanced Sculpture have been postponed. Originally scheduled for this Tuesday, Feb. 9, the due dates have been moved back by one class and will now be Thursday, Feb. 11.

This is part one of a series of five videos. Numbers 2-5 should be click-able in this window once the video you are watching is finished. Be sure to watch them all. This is inspirational stuff...

Great Show

If you're heading to the city, be sure to check out "Slash". It's a show of artworks made of cut, torn, abraded, and otherwise manipulated paper at the Museum of Arts and Design. The linked heading takes you to the exhibition main page. 3D Design Calendar Change

Please not a change in the calendar for 3D Design, Mon./Wed. 3:00 - 5:00 class. Assignment I: Product Design Curator will be due on Wednesday, Feb 3 instead of Monday, Feb. 1. We will use a portion of class (maybe an hour or so) for continued work time.

Late Project Submissions

If you have not yet submitted projects or papers for 3D Design, Sculpture I, Sculpture II (advanced), or Portfolio Development you still have time. I will accept project and paper submission until 8PM tomorrow, December 26th via email...

Announcement - Class Cancellation

SCCC has cancelled all day and evening classes for Monday, Dec. 21 (tomorrow). Wednesday, Dec. 23 is listed as the make-up day. Anyone who has not submitted final projects yet may do so anytime Tuesday or Wednesday by dropping of your work in the classroom. Please leave your work with a note indicating your name and class in order to prevent any confusion.

Alternatively, you can email photos of your piece to me. Be sure to include multiple views and details, as well as your name and the class you are in. (It would be a good idea to email photos of your project to me, whether you drop it off or not...) Just like finished projects being dropped off, photos of projects are due by Wednesday at 6PM.
