Announcement - Class Cancellation

Hey Intro Sculpture folks... I'm canceling class today (Thursday, Feb. 25) due to the poor weather and driving conditions. The snow is heavy here in Brooklyn and is expected to be heavy out on the island this afternoon. Sooooo, I am declaring a snow day, for our class only. This gives you five extra days to get your supplies for this project, so be sure to be prepared on Tuesday. And, if we have not yet spoken about your project ideas, and you have not yet emailed me, please do so asap. Have a great weekend!

This clip contains a couple of really great and short arguments for how limits play a useful role in creative processes and for abstraction in art...

Blog-Only Announcement...

Any student who submits an INSIGHTFUL comment BEFORE our next class on any posted video or suggested reading on this blog, including the archives, will receive extra credit points... Your "A" is within reach. Go get it...
